VAPE ODM/OEM WORKFLOW

1. ​PROJECT INITIATION

For the first step, our project manager will communicate with our clients about their idea and concept. Bounce ideas off each other and allocate resources to keep the ball rolling.

2. ENGINEERING DESIGN

Our in-house designers have years of experience. Working with you, we'll help to creatively bring your product to life ensuring you get exactly what you want from the design process.

3. PROTOTYPE APPROVAL

Once the design is approved by our clients, ​we build a fully-functional prototype for test and evaluation

4. MASS PRODUCTION

We will move into mass production process upon prototype approval. The whole manufacturing process is kept in-house enabling us to have complete control from start to finish.

5. QUALITY INSPECTION

We will have our highly-trained quality control team to inspecting the products in this step. Every single pieces of vape will be check thoroughly before the shipping.

6. DELIVERY

Order will be delivery according to your request. We will still provide necessary support once products are delivered.

*The process above are for ODM service in which we will be deeply involved in engineeing design. For OEM projects, we could start from  process phase III, or sometimes phase IV for returning orders. Drop us a line if you still have any question on this.
